Thrive Careers Consulting –  Job Market Readiness Assessment

This assessment is designed to help you understand how prepared you are for today’s job market.

You will rate yourself on a scale of 1 to 5 across key areas employers now prioritize, including digital and AI readiness, communication, adaptability, and problem-solving ability.

There are no right or wrong answers. The accuracy of your result depends on how honest you are with yourself, not how high your scores are.

Once you submit the form:

  • Your responses are automatically analysed
  • Your overall job market readiness level is calculated
  • You will receive an instant email explaining what your result means and what to focus on next

This is not a personality test. It is a practical career readiness check designed to give you clarity and direction.
